12 rooms with a view, providing the best of comforts
All the rooms are found in a single block arranged over 2 floors. They all face the sea and have a private terrace. Their furnishing style is minimal and sober, yet refined and customised to reflect the soul of the sea they overlook.
Each room has its own entrance, king size bed (some rooms have an additional sofa bed), individually controlled air conditioning, television, Wi-Fi connection, safe, hairdryer, tea and coffee making facilities, and minibar.
Superior Rooms
Top Seaview
The hotel has 4 Superior rooms located on the first floor.
The peculiarity of these rooms is their large terrace, with a unique sea view that will allow you to enjoy the sunrise and the dolphins off the coast.
Their terrace is furnished with deck loungers, table and chairs, small sofa and armchairs with tea table.
These rooms are named after the Pelagie islands: Lampedusa and Linosa, together with Ustica and Pantelleria.
Comfort Rooms
Front Seaview
Our 7 Comfort Rooms are found on the ground floor.
They have a private terrace – of smaller dimensions as compared to superior rooms – furnished with tea table, armchairs and deckchairs.
The sea view is unique: in some rooms you will be even able to look at the sky and the blue sea laying in your bed.
They bear the names of small wonderful islands: Panarea, Marettimo, Lipari, Filicudi, Levanzo, Salina and Stromboli.
Rock Side Comfort Rooms
Side Seaview
Located in a side position on the ground floor, this room still faces the sea, although with a less direct view compared to the Comfort rooms. Overlooking the rock side, it offers a more private and peaceful atmosphere, ideal for those seeking a relaxing stay in an intimate setting.
Thanks to its more lateral position compared to the other rooms, it enjoys greater privacy.
Its name is Favignana.

Our garden
For our guests, we have organised a garden area with Jacuzzi, shower and canopy sun-beds.
In this area or in their own rooms, our guests will be able to relax reading a book, listening to music or having a relaxing or energising massage provided by professional masseurs (on request).
Our cliff beach
Connected to the Hotel by means of a large stairway, our guests will find a beach area exclusively reserved for them, directly on the sea: a rocky platform with steps that gently descend to the sea, as in a natural swimming pool.
The beach platform is equipped with deck loungers and beach umbrellas.
We’ll take care of everything, including the beach towels. You will only need to enjoy the crystal waters, the sun, and your holiday.
